Gymnastics/Acrobats (Preschool and Up)

Classes begin with skill development, jumps, tricks, and landings. They then graduate to incorporate strength training and routine choreography. Our classes focus on individual development, striving for each gymnasts personal best, as well as instilling the concept of group achievement.
